Strengths-Based Therapy:

This approach highlights a person’s strengths rather than focusing on problems. It helps clients recognize their abilities and resilience, using them to overcome challenges. By building on what’s already working, clients gain confidence and motivation for growth.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT):

DBT combines elements of CBT with mindfulness. It helps people manage intense emotions, tolerate stress, and improve relationships. This approach balances acceptance and change, teaching skills to handle emotional extremes more effectively.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT):

CBT focuses on the link between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It helps people identify and change negative thinking patterns to improve emotional well-being. By learning to shift their thoughts, clients can alter how they feel and act, making it effective for issues like anxiety and depression.

Social Skills Training (SST):

SST helps people improve their social interactions by teaching skills like communication and conflict resolution. It’s useful for those with social anxiety or difficulties in relationships. Role-playing and real-life practice build confidence in social situations.

Interpersonal Therapy (IPT):

IPT focuses on improving relationships to enhance emotional well-being. It helps individuals address issues like conflict and social isolation, showing how these impact their mood. The goal is to develop healthier communication and relationship patterns to reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety.
